Programs That Meet People Where They Are

From classrooms to living rooms, our programs help people recognize, understand, connect, and thrive.

Visions in Schools

One partnership. Students, staff, and families, all learning together.

Visions in Schools is designed to support partnerships with middle and high schools across the Augusta area. Through collaboration with school leaders, counselors, educators, and families, the program provides mental wellness education and practical tools that support students, parents, and school staff. Students learn how to recognize warning signs, build healthy coping skills, and understand when to ask for help. Educators receive training to recognize concerns and respond appropriately within their school's existing support process. Parents and caregivers receive practical guidance to better understand and support the young people in their lives.

  • Parent Wellness Night

THE GOAL

The goal of Visions in Schools is to help create school communities where students feel more informed, adults feel more prepared, and families know where to turn when support is needed.

Visions for Families

Helping families know what to look for and what to do.

Parents and caregivers are often the first to notice when something is wrong and the last to know what to do about it. Visions for Families offers practical, judgment free education in churches, community centers, workplaces, and other community settings on recognizing warning signs, starting hard conversations, and finding help.

Families leave better informed, more confident in starting difficult conversations, and more prepared to connect someone they care about with appropriate support.

COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS

Connecting People to the Right Support

Community Connections helps individuals and families identify trusted resources and next steps when additional support is needed. Depending on the situation, that may include a school counselor, community provider, support group, or crisis resource such as 988.

Visions of Change does not provide clinical treatment. Our role is to help people better understand where to turn and how to take the next step.
